Conclusion: Quite the incredible storm in the main event as Roberts intervened in the fracas. Speaking of Roberts, his use of Black Beauty saved his own bacon against the returning Borne.
The Lawler victory for the AWA World title foreshadows his upcoming appearances. In the meantime, Parsons wins in a tune-up match to challenge him. The SST with a rather svelte Fatu proves to be a team to be reckoned with. Lastly, Taylor puts his money where his cockiness is by trapping Casey with a cyclone he didn’t anticipate.
Next week, Lawler versus Taylor!
