Match 1: “Playboy” Vince Apollo (w/ Angel of Death) versus Bob “the Cat” Bradley
Highlights:
- Bradley slammed Apollo but missed an elbow drop.
- When Apollo also missed an elbow drop, Bradley slammed him twice more.
- He dealt Apollo an atomic drop but fell victim to a double underhook suplex.
- As he connected with a back elbow, Apollo got 2.
- He slammed Bradley, mounted the top turnbuckle, leaped, but there wasn’t any water in the pool.
- After Bradley dropkicked Apollo, he got 2.
- He backdropped Apollo, gave him a cross corner whip, and followed with his own back elbow.
- While Apollo thwarted an O’Connor roll, Bradley guillotined himself with the top rope.
- 1-2-3.
- Apollo won at 4:09.

Video airs featuring the Simpson brothers and their misfortunes at Texas Stadium.
At ringside, Lowrance interviews Terry “Bam Bam” Gordy who offers his thoughts to Steve Simpson. He will “fill them dates with Shaun Simpson,” but he doesn’t claim to be a “good guy” while dissing the Von Erichs.
POINT OF ORDER: Gordy will fulfill his promise on 6/3 as he tags with Shaun against “Hollywood” John Tatum & Jack Victory in Dallas.
Match 2: Steve Casey versus Wayne Marcott
Highlights:
- I have NO CLUE who this ham and egger is.
- As Casey blocked a hip toss, he fed Marcott a hip toss of his own.
- Casey used momentum to rid the ring of Marcott while Embry approached ringside.
- When Casey unloaded a back elbow, he flattened Marcott with a standing dropkick.
- He clotheslined Marcott and got 2.
- After Marcott rebounded with a hip toss, he clobbered Casey with a knee lift.
- Casey steamrolled Marcott with a clothesline and got 2.
- While he dropkicked Marcott again, Casey powerslammed him.
- 1-2-3.
- Casey won at 2:43.

After the match, Embry steps into the ring, calls out Casey, and challenges him RIGHT NOW.
Match 3 (non-title): WCWA Light Heavyweight champion Eric Embry versus Steve Casey
Highlights:
- Casey re-entered the ring, and Embry unloaded upon him.
- When he reversed a cross corner whip, Embry powerslammed Casey.
- However, Casey used momentum to hook an inside cradle.
- 1-2-3.
- Casey won in 0:27.

Summary: Embry ran his big mouth and paid for it.
At ringside, Lowrance interviews Roberts who cuts a promo on Gordy. In turn, he believes that Steve Simpson deserves what happened to him. Offhand, I could offer quite a few ways to describe this guy.
Match 4: Buddy “Jack” Roberts versus Phil Wylie
Highlights:
- Roberts tossed Wylie to the floor and guillotined him with the top rope.
- As Wylie returned the favor, Roberts rewarded him with a swinging neckbreaker.
- In the meantime, Lowrance announced that both “Wild” Bill Irwin and Black Bart had been suspended for 30 days due to their behavior at Texas Stadium.
- Roberts planted Wylie with a bulldog and pinned him at 2:51.

Match 5: Kevin Von Erich versus “Killer” Tim Brooks
Highlights:
- Brooks gave Kevin a cross corner whip and followed with a corner clothesline.
- When Kevin reversed an Irish whip, he locked a leg scissors.
- He took down and pinned Brooks at 2:07.

Summary: Showcase match for Kevin.
At ringside, Lowrance interviews Parsons who claims that Michael Hayes and Kerry jumped him before the World title match at Texas Stadium. The Dallas faithful irritates him, so he calls them “rudy poots.” As he cuts a promo on Kerry, Parsons promises payback with “it bees that way sometime.”
Match 6: “Modern Day Warrior” Kerry Von Erich & “Gentleman” Chris Adams versus Terry Taylor & “Flamboyant” Eric Embry (w/ “Iceman” King Parsons)
Highlights:
- Although Parsons didn’t appear to be injured during the earlier promo, Embry substituted for him in this match.
- The bell rang during the commercial break, so we’re joined in progress.
- As Kerry gorilla-press-slammed him, he gave Embry a cross corner whip.
- Embry exploded with a lariat and tagged in Taylor.
- When Adams distracted referee Bronko Lubich, the heels double-teamed Kerry in their corner. SNEAKY!
- Adams tagged in, mounted the top turnbuckle, and lowered the boom onto Taylor.
- After Taylor taunted Kerry further distracting Lubich, Embry took liberties with Adams. How dastardly!
- Adams countered a back drop attempt with an inside cradle.
- Meanwhile, Embry distracted Lubich some more, so Adams could only score a two-count.
- Kerry belted Embry with a discus punch on the floor, and Adams hooked a backslide on Taylor for another 2.
- Hitting a cross body block, Adams couldn’t get 3.
- He gave Taylor a cross corner whip but came up empty on his follow-through.
- Tagging in, Embry distracted Lubich enabling Parsons to jab Adams with his cane. Nefarious!
- Parsons tried to trip Adams coming off the ropes, yet the Dallas faithful chanted for vegetable shortening.
- Sorry, Chester.
- Taylor tagged in, but Adams escaped a slam attempt.
- Hooking an O’Connor roll, Adams got 2.
- Embry tagged in and secured a Taylor-assisted abdominal stretch on Adams. Clever!
- Escaping with a hip toss, Adams was prevented from tagging out by Taylor.
- Adams reversed an Irish whip, but Taylor dealt him a swinging neckbreaker.
- Landing a knee drop, Taylor got 2.
- Adams countered a piledriver attempt with a back drop, and made the…
- HOT TAG Kerry.
- Conducting a meeting of the minds, Kerry pummeled Embry with another discus punch.
- With all four wrestlers in the ring, Taylor nailed Adams WAY DOWNTOWN.
- The babyfaces got whipped toward one another but performed a do-si-do.
- Despite the babyfaces’ flattening of the heels with stereo enziguris, Parsons jumped onto the apron.
- Adams blasted him into the middle of 1991 while Kerry locked an Iron claw on Embry.
- Before the show left the air, Taylor grabbed Parsons’ cane and whacked Kerry with it. Gnarly!
- Lubich called for the bell, and Kerry and Adams won by DQ at 9:25 shown.

Summary: Wild main event incorporating both the Taylor-Adams saga and the Parsons-Kerry feud.
Conclusion: If you’re going to have a one-match show, you bring it with the one match. In this case, consider it delivered.
